Keeping the #interactiverevolution alive, we are back with a brand new edition of Xi insights. In this edition we are bringing you an array of new and exciting summer festival experiences, innovation and cultural themed insights guaranteed to get you excited to experience something new!

Fans can now experience Poguelandia before even Outer Banks returns for Season 3 on Feb. 23. For that Netflix is putting together a music festival for the first time ever, inspired by Outer Banks of course. Artists such as Khalid and Lil Baby will perform live and fans will get to see the cast of OBX before their eyes. Fans will also have the opportunity to walk around and take in the “Pogue life” through different immersive experiences as well, snapping selfies at various OBX locations that have been recreated for the experience.

Anyone loves dinosaurs? Then get to know Titanosaurs, one of the biggest creatures to ever existed. Learn more about its story through an illustrated exhibition designed by the Natural History Museum’s in-house team.  From animations bringing drawings to life in interactive displays, to visitors measuring their weight in relation to Titanosaurs and even stimulating the bodily workings of the dinosaur by pushing a button or pressing on its heart to bump blood.

Ever wonder how the cities are going to look in 30 years from now? Well here is the answer. The new cutting edge generative AI Midjourney can show how UK cities are going to look like in 2050! From London’s famous Tower Bridge and the Shard to Glasgow’s Cathedral, the results will leave you speechless!

Entering the magic world of technology is as simple as holding your phone infront of you. Sheffield has been taken over by digital artworks across all iconic buildings’ rooftops in the city. That’s the biggest augmented reality art-work launched at Sheffield. Viewers can scan a QR code to follow a bunch of animated arrows that lead their gaze upward.

Paramount Pictures and The Famous Group brought to life the iconic 90s adventure, by designing and implemented an innovative live mixed reality TV spot that premiered in the first break of Saturdays’ CBS broadcast of the 2023 NCAA Men’s Final Four game between Florida Atlantic and San Diego State. Optimus Prime and Primal rise made an appearance in a first of its kind mixed reality activation to promote the upcoming Transformers.
