We had the privilege of collaborating with LV, the official sponsors of the Men’s Ashes 2023, to create an immersive digital experience in the fanzone that brought fans closer to the live event action. As part of the series of Test cricket matches between England and Australia, our interactive brand activations allowed users to “meet the players.”

Using a branded 55” capture pod equipped with a touchscreen unit, camera, PC, and lighting, users selected one player from a lineup of six available cricket players to appear in the photo output with them. The final output featured the user or group overlaid with the chosen player’s image and a branded overlay personalised with the user’s names.
To retrieve their personalised content, one user per group provided an email address for content delivery. This unique and engaging digital experience enhanced the fan experience at the Ashes and created lasting memories for cricket enthusiasts.
