We’re passionate about creating unique and innovative experiences that drive fan engagement. That’s why we were thrilled to work with Debenhams on the re-opening of their first physical flagship store in Manchester since their nationwide closure in 2021.
Debenhams wanted to feature an interactive user-generated experience that would showcase their wider beauty community and encourage shoppers to engage with the brand. That’s where we came in. We installed a live Social Wall on the 3m x 3m LED wall in the shop window, allowing shoppers to post their images in-store by hashtagging #debenhamsbeauty.
The Social Wall has been a resounding success, significantly increasing customer brand engagement and taking over the flagship store as a key attraction point. With hundreds of pieces of user-generated content being shared, the Social Wall has brought Debenhams’ beauty community to life and created a truly immersive experience for shoppers.
