Squid Games gripped the world when it landed on Netflix last year, leaving fans hungry for more! Well good news just in, Squid Games is officially coming to the UK in September. This unique experiences gives visitors the chance to try their luck at 6 different challenges based on the games featured within the show. Immersive Gamebox uses technology such as projection mapping, 3D motion tracking and surround sound to immerse players in any given experience.
Visitors and residents of Surrey can take a look into the future with this sky high experience. This activation will see participants using the latest in virtual reality headset technology to fly around Farnham town centre by jet pack. Proposed future town centre plans will come alive as jet-packers feel the vibrations, hear the sounds, look around the 360-degree views and fly through hoops to see the different options being proposed. Those not keen to fly can keep their feet firmly on the ground and use a joystick to travel around instead.
Fashion weeks are key diary dates for any fashionista, but for the first time Shanghai’s AW 2022 fashion week is going exclusively online. Stepping away from the physical runway, the 2022 show will be broadcast online. The online event will feature a virtual musician to bring the show to life, who will also collaborate with two emerging fashion designers to bring eco-looks to life.
Centred around Newport’s Kingsway Centre and the streets of the city on this August, residents are invited to experience Newport like never before, through augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and an immersive map of the city. The trail, accessed through mobile devices, invites visitors to not only hear the story of the Freckleton’s – who arrived in Pill in the 1950s, and drew local crowds to their home-based church and meeting place – but also witnessed them decamp to a bigger congregational space with tambourines soon joined by guitars, banjos, and drum kits.
Sandbox VR have created a social gaming adventure that puts players into interactive worlds like they’re living in a game or movie. Located in the heart of Londons Covent Garden, using motion capture cameras, 3D precision full body trackers to fully feel and live in the experience, users make their way through the game. After completing the game, users head to the futuristic lounge area to watch back their game and enjoy a drink curated by the worlds first robotic bartender…

NFT’s are becoming increasingly popular in all walks of life, and Starbucks are the latest to join the trend. Starbucks are soon to be unveiling a NFT rewards based program, giving members exclusive access to experiences. Users can enter into the exclusive online program to stack up their NFT rewards and receive offers specifically catered to them.
